My story and process
I have always believed that clothing should have a soul.
For me, that means working slowly, thoughtfully, and with deep respect for the materials I use.
I was born in Sweden, surrounded by a culture that values quality and craftsmanship. My life has been a journey — travelling the world to learn, gather inspiration, and collect stories. I spent years in Byron Bay, running a small shop on the beach, before moving to Geraldton, Western Australia, where the wild ocean and rugged coast now shape my work.
Everything I make begins with rescued fabrics and hand-woven cloth — materials that have already lived a life. They might be worn, faded, or marked with history, but that is what makes them beautiful. I carefully select each piece of cloth for its texture, color, and the story it carries.
Through upcycling, I give these materials a new life — sometimes combining them in unexpected ways, often adding hand-stitched details or patchwork to celebrate their imperfections. I work slowly, allowing the fabric to guide the design, creating something that cannot be rushed or replicated.
Every garment I make is one-of-a-kind. There is no mass production here — just me, my hands, and the materials in front of me. When you wear one of my pieces, you carry its story forward. It becomes a part of your life, and your story becomes a part of it.
This is why I do what I do: to prove that fashion can be both beautiful and responsible, that sustainability can be personal, and that clothing made with care will always mean more.
